Conditions of use

Customer Satisfaction is important to us.

We sometimes refer to the items we sell as "toys"   The toys we
sell are Collectibles and are not intended for
children.

Because of the high quality of items we sell, Customers have been
very pleased with their purchase.                   

We will refund your money if you are not happy with your purchase.
Shipping cost cannot be
refunded.

Returns/exchanges. If you would
like to return any item for a refund, Please send the item to : German Aircooled

item please contact us via email to verify
replacement item is in stock, Then send (as above) and attach a note explaining
the reason for the exchange.

Damaged or Lost shipment. We make every effort to pack the
fragile items we sell very carefully. If your package does arrive damaged
please immediately contact the carrier who delivered your package. They are
responsible for the damage and you must reconcile with them. Lost
shipments are the responsibility of the carrier. If the package was not insured
,most carriers will make you wait 30 or more days until you may file a claim. We
request you send us a note via email if your package is
damaged or Lost. If we can do anything to help with a reconciliation with a
carrier we will.

Insurance. At your request we are happy to insure your
shipment. Insurance cost will be added to the cost of shipping.
