Shipping policy

During checkout you select the shipping service. Typical service will be USPS Priority mail or USPS first class mail. For shipments within the US Priority mail is 2 to 3 days and first-class mail is 5 to 10 days. Delivery times are dependent on the shipping carrier.

For international shipments Priority mail is 10 to 14 days and first-class mail is 10 to 60 days. Please be warned that first class mail shipping to a non-US country could get delayed for several weeks/months.  We cannot control the time it takes for a non-US country to deliver your package due to customs or other internal postal requirements for your country.

Customs Tax You the customer are responsible for paying all of your countries customs taxes. We have no influence over how much your local customs office will tax your purchase. 

Lost packages shipping to international locations. German Aircooled is not responsible for packages lost by the carrier. German Aircooled will make every effort to recover a lost package ,however after the package departs the US there is no reliable way to conduct a search across international borders. A refund for a lost package is available only if Customer elects to pay for insurance during check out.   

Shipping Priority mail to a non-US country costs more, but has a much higher probability of arriving as expected.
